The day begins with unknown variables, and so does the espresso shot. The bean, the roast, the grind, the tamp, the water temperature and pressure are just a handful of factors that weigh in on the espresso’s viscous drip. I like to live life the same way. Being armed with the tools to tackle life, but never knowing how each tool will affect the outcome of each day.
In today’s teaching, I have learned that life is truly espresso.
